Steam ID is the key
FACEIT links one Steam account per player, so a Steam link or Steam64 ID is the identifier that resolves most reliably.
Best FACEIT finder tools
Which FACEIT finder to use depends on what you have: a Steam link, a FACEIT nickname, or a whole lobby. Here is what each tool accepts, what it shows, and where it stops.

AIMTRACER only works with public profile data and never asks for Steam credentials.
FACEIT links one Steam account per player, so a Steam link or Steam64 ID is the identifier that resolves most reliably.
Some finders also accept a FACEIT nickname. AIMTRACER does not: it needs a Steam link, a Steam ID, or a faceit.com link.
A few tools read the CS2 console's status output and look up the whole lobby at once.
None of the finders below need your FACEIT or Steam password to look up someone else's public profile.
Comparison
| Tool | Best for | What it does and where it stops |
|---|---|---|
| AIMTRACER | FACEIT next to Steam, Leetify, and Premier | Paste a Steam link, Steam64 ID, or faceit.com link: FACEIT level, ELO, K/D, win rate, ADR, and recent matches sit beside account age, hours, bans, Leetify ratings, and Premier rating. No login. Plain FACEIT nicknames do not resolve, and there is no lobby paste on the website. |
| CSDB.gg Faceit Finder | Nickname search and lobby checks | Accepts Steam links and IDs, faceit.com links, and FACEIT nicknames, and looks up to 10 players at once from pasted status output. Shows level, ELO, lifetime stats, Steam bans, and Premier via Leetify, with a daily ELO history on its stats pages. |
| FACEIT Tracker (faceittracker.net) | FACEIT match history and leaderboards | Enter a Steam profile URL or ID to find the linked FACEIT profile, then browse ELO, level, match history, teammate comparison, and leaderboards. FACEIT-only: no Leetify or Steam account context. |
| FACEIT Finder (faceitfinder.com) | Dedicated Steam-to-FACEIT search | A long-running site built around one job: finding a player's FACEIT account and stats from their Steam profile, including checks for a whole lobby. Check the site for its current feature set. |
| FACEIT Analyser (faceitanalyser.com) | Deep FACEIT stat analysis | Focused on analysing FACEIT performance in depth, such as per-map results and long-term match history, rather than on Steam account context. Check the site for its current feature set. |
| FACEIT (faceit.com) | The official source | The player's own FACEIT profile is the source every finder reads from: full match rooms, stats, and history. Its search works by FACEIT nickname, so it helps once you already know the name. |
Guide
A finder can only show a FACEIT account that is linked to that exact Steam account. If the player never made a FACEIT account, or made it on a different Steam account, there is nothing to find.
A FACEIT account that has not played CS2 yet may still show its old CS:GO level, or no CS2 stats at all.
AIMTRACER is built for a quick read on a player before or during a match: FACEIT level and ELO next to account age, CS2 hours, bans, Leetify ratings, and Premier rating, on one page.
It is not the deepest FACEIT analyser. For a long FACEIT match history or ELO graphs, the dedicated FACEIT trackers above go further.
Open the FACEIT finderEvery row is based on each tool's own public pages, checked on October 23, 2026: what you can paste in, what it shows, and whether it needs a login or an uploaded match code. Paid tiers are mentioned only when the tool advertises one. No tool paid to be listed, and no row is an affiliate link.
AIMTRACER is one of the tools on this list, so read its row with that in mind. Its limits are listed as plainly as everyone else's. Features change often; if a row is out of date, email [email protected] and it will be corrected.
FACEIT level, ELO, and match stats come from FACEIT's official Data API and its public profile endpoint, matched to the Steam account by its Steam64 ID, so only a FACEIT account linked to that Steam account is shown. Results are cached for up to 5 minutes. If FACEIT does not answer, the level on the player's Leetify profile is used and labelled as coming from Leetify.
Every lookup reads these sources live and keeps the answer only in a short cache. When a source is private or does not answer, the page says so instead of guessing, and no stat is presented as proof of cheating.
How AIMTRACER worksFAQ
It depends on what you have and what you need. For a Steam link plus account context, AIMTRACER shows FACEIT beside Steam, Leetify, and Premier. For FACEIT nickname search or a whole lobby at once, CSDB.gg covers both. For long FACEIT match history, the dedicated FACEIT trackers go deeper.
Yes, if their FACEIT account is linked to that Steam account. Paste the Steam profile link or Steam64 ID into a FACEIT finder and it looks up the linked FACEIT account.
No. AIMTRACER accepts a Steam profile link, a Steam64 ID, or a faceit.com profile link. A plain FACEIT nickname does not resolve.
No. Looking up someone else's public FACEIT profile needs no login, and no finder should ask for your FACEIT or Steam password.
Mostly the same job under different names. A finder links a Steam account to its FACEIT profile; an analyser goes deeper into that profile's stats and match history. Many tools do both.
No. A high FACEIT level on a new account is context, not proof. Combine it with account age, hours, and ban history, and treat the result as a signal only.
